Terms of Use

Welcome to Behind the Scenes Concierge LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Use. ("Client", 'Short term Rental (STR)" "Host", "Owner," "Guest," "Business Rep")

1. Services

Behind the Scenes Concierge provides personalized concierge services, including but not limited to:

Short-term rental support
Guest concierge services
Grocery shopping and delivery
Welcome basket creation
Early access delivery and placement
Event and trade show support
Third-party vendor coordination
Custom concierge requests

Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Booking & Payment

Services must be scheduled in advance whenever possible.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.
We accept approved payment methods as communicated during booking.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may receive a full refund, unless otherwise stated.
Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding requested services.
Ensure access to the property when required.
Notify us of any pets, security systems, or special instructions.
Maintain a safe working environment for our team.
Services not covered by the Client, that are requested by the STR Guest are contracted directly with Behind the Scenes Concierge LLC. The Guests are responsible for payment in full before these services are provided.

5. Property Access

When property access is required, the Client authorizes Behind the Scenes Concierge LLC to enter the property solely for the purpose of completing the requested services.

The Client must provide working keys, access codes, badges or other authorized means of entry.

6. Purchases authorized by the Client

If we purchase groceries, gifts, supplies, or other requested items:

The Client will pay for the full cost of purchased items.
Receipts will be provided upon request.
We are not responsible for product availability or substitutions made by retailers.
Guest contracted purchases have been paid by Guest in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional service, Behind the Scenes Concierge LLC is not responsible for:

Delays caused by weather, traffic, vendors, or circumstances beyond our control.
Product shortages or retailer substitutions.
Damage caused by third-party vendors or contractors.
Pre-existing property damage.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Third-Party Vendor

Some services may be performed by trusted third-party vendors. We carefully select our third-party, but cannot guarantee the work of third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, website content, marketing materials, and original content created by Behind the Scenes Concierge LLC remain our exclusive property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely to provide requested services and manage your account. We do not sell client information to third parties.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Acceptance

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
