What does the onboarding process look like?

After your consult, you will receive a proposal. When we have it just right you will sign a contract and pay the invoice in full to secure the services/dates. We will fulfill the services and after the event you will recieve a summary follow-up and a chance to send us feedback.

Yes. Behind the Scenes Concierge (BSC) is available to travel for select services. Travel outside our standard service area is available for an additional fee, plus applicable travel expenses. Please contact us for a customized quote based on your location and service needs.

We recommend booking our services 10–14 days in advance whenever possible to ensure availability and allow adequate time for planning.However, we understand that unexpected situations arise and staffing needs can change with little notice. When our schedule permits, Behind the Scenes Concierge (BSC) is happy to accommodate last-minute requests. Expedited bookings may be subject to an additional fee based on availability and the scope of services requested.Our goal is to provide reliable, professional support whenever you need it. Our goal is to represent your brand professionally and confidently while creating meaningful connections within your community. Whenever possible, we strive to accommodate urgent requests, subject to availability.
