What does the onboarding process look like?

After your consult, you will receive a proposal. When we have it just right you will sign a contract and pay the invoice in full to secure the services/dates. We will fulfill the services and after the event you will recieve a summary follow-up and a chance to send us feedback.

How much notice do you need for an event? Can you accommodate last-minute requests?

We recommend booking our services 10–14 days in advance whenever possible to ensure availability and allow adequate time for planning.However, we understand that unexpected situations arise and staffing needs can change with little notice. When our schedule permits, Behind the Scenes Concierge (BSC) is happy to accommodate last-minute requests. Expedited bookings may be subject to an additional fee based on availability and the scope of services requested.Our goal is to provide reliable, professional support whenever you need it.
